Acupuncture Intake
90 minutes | $120.00 (no HST)
This is your first appointment! A typical acupuncture intake will begin with an in-depth health history review. This is followed by tongue and pulse diagnosis. All of this information helps to form your personalized TCM diagnosis and treatment plan. Your treatment plan may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and/or dietary/lifestyle advice depending on what your body needs to heal.
Follow-Up
45-60 minutes | $100.00 (no HST)
If you’ve had an an acupuncture intake appointment at White Pine Acupuncture, you can now book follow-up treatments! During this type of appointment we will be reviewing your progress from previous sessions, and building on our treatment plan. Your revised treatment plan may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and/or dietary/lifestyle advice.
Cupping
45 minutes | $80.00 (no HST)
A cupping session will begin with a brief health history intake to assess your needs for cups. During the treatment, I may use silicone, glass and/or plastic cups in combination with Gua Sha to help alleviate your health concerns. Cupping can be great for muscle pain and tension relief, stress, facial care, digestive issues, respiratory issues and much more.
Facial Acupuncture
60 minutes | $100.00 (no HST)
If you’ve had an an acupuncture intake at White Pine Acupuncture, you can now book facial acupuncture treatments! This type of appointment focuses on relaxation, natural beauty, and healing the skin. During your session you will receive acupuncture on the face as well as some balancing points throughout the body. This is followed by facial cupping, gua sha and rolling. This treatment can help lift, tone, reduce puffiness, reduce redness, increase circulation, balance hormones, reduce acne, increase collagen production, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles
Facial Rejuvenation
45 minutes | $80.00 (no HST)
This type of appointment focuses on relaxation, natural beauty, and healing the skin. During your session we will discuss your expectations for treatment, and assess target areas. This is followed by facial cupping, gua sha and rolling. This treatment can help lift, tone, reduce puffiness, reduce redness, increase circulation, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. *This is a needle free facial!
